The MKP BC I-Group Council brings together representatives from I-groups around the province to work on their groups and share best practices for effective, growing, and powerful groups. Frequent topics are leadership, succession planning, group growth and sustainability, facilitation, training, processes, community involvement, and more.
The I-Group Council meets for 90 minutes quarterly online on Zoom. Each active I-Group in BC is asked to send one regular member to represent their group. Pre-requisite: NWTA graduate or other online MKP relevant trainings.
