The Equinox weekend is for men who have done a significant amount of personal growth (usually older men but not necessarily) to invite men they see as men who if they choose to be more involved in the MKP Alberta community it would be good for the community. It is not for us to decide how they choose to contribute. It may be through the Leader Body, the Elder Body, on the Board, in I-group or simply by showing up in a good way.
