A Way Home : Becoming Culturally Competent
A Diversity Workshop
If you became aware that every interaction or relationship you have with another person is likely to be multicultural in nature, what would you want to know about yourself, the other person, society and culture?
Objective: To develop cultural competency by becoming familiar and conversant with the VISIONS, Inc. model that has proven to be very useful for seeing, understanding, and working with multicultural issues.
The training satisfies the multicultural perquisite for men on certified tracks, is also open to all genders 18 years of age and older, and will be bilingual if required.
