When New Warrior Training Adventure graduates arrive at a ManKind Project Integration Group (men’s support group) it’s an opportunity to practice stepping into leadership in one’s own life. However, like all things, there can be a learning curve, innate fears, and limiting beliefs to overcome first. Some men choose to be silent and wait.

MKP BC instructors Phil Lyall and Cory Bretz discuss how PIT Primary Integration Training concepts can help men gain an increased sense of confidence and skills, which can benefit their lives and goals, as well as the group itself, leading to longevity, collaboration, and a lot of fun. Many men have a desire to belong to something useful, valuable, and joyous. This PIT skills training teaches men how to create that.
