About Staffing or Men of Service (MOS)

Volunteering to be part of the Staff or Men of Service team at a New Warrior Training Adventure men's weekend event is a transformative and impactful experience. As a dedicated member of these teams, individuals play a crucial role in creating a supportive and empowering environment for participants on their journey of personal growth and self-discovery. The Staff team embodies leadership and facilitates the various activities and processes that guide men through challenges and reflections, fostering a space for vulnerability and connection. Meanwhile, the Men of Service team ensures the logistical and operational aspects run smoothly, contributing to the overall success of the event. Both roles offer a unique opportunity to contribute to the positive transformation of individuals, fostering a sense of community and brotherhood that extends beyond the weekend, leaving a lasting impact on the lives of all involved.

After registering, you will be contacted by the Weekend Coordinator to continue the application process.
