This transformational weekend is all about holding and handling the true burden of leadership.
You’ll dive into multicultural training that tackles classism & elitism.
The heart of LT2 is Warrior Quadrant Training, framed by the powerful Process Question:
“What are your blessings and burdens of leadership?”
In this training, you’ll experience:
• The Burden Process (a cornerstone of LT2)
• Accountability practices that build trust and resilience
• Mission-driven leadership that sharpens your purpose

Open to any man that has completed his NWTA
You do NOT have to have done LT1 or ST1/2 to do LT2.

The MKP Leadership Training curriculum empowers men to live with profound personal integrity and master a wide array of conscious leadership skills. Completion of all Leader Training's, (ST1, LT1, LT2 and LT3) along with extensive mentoring, peer evaluation, and facilitation experience are prerequisite to sitting for international certification as a NWTA Leader.
