This training is ONLY available to men who have completed the New Warrior Training Adventure (NWTA)
During "PIT" you can expect training in....
Nuggets that will deepen the understanding you gained on your New Warrior Training Adventure weekend
Increase your awareness to provide support and safety to your warrior brothers while sitting in I-groups.
Increase your confidence leading iGroup meetings
Learn new processes online and practice them in dyads during break out sessions.
Connect with your brothers and staffman both new and seasoned.
Take a risk on yourself, step forward, and continue your growth as man amongst men.
