Ontario IGFT: 1) Zoom 6:30-9:30pm ET; Apr 1/8/15, 2026, and 2) In-person Apr 25, 2026

A special opportunity is available to strengthen your I-Group facilitation skills. You will learn some great processes and build confidence for facilitating inner work in your circle. We are offering this in a hybrid online and in-person format to reduce the price and the time away from home.

• Prerequisites: By the time of the training, participants must have one of the following prerequisites. (1) Regular participation in an I-Group for over a year, and the endorsement of a group member. (2) New Warrior Adventure graduate.

• Pricing: 

  • Early Bird price (if paid by January 30, 2026) is $245. Otherwise, the full price is $295.

  • Reduced rate of $100 if you have taken a GIFT or IGFT before, if paid by January 30, or $150 after that.

  • Includes 4 sessions: 3 online and 1 full-day in-person. No meals or accommodation.

  • Some subsidies are available. Please inquire if this would make a difference for you.

• Format/Timing/Location:

  • 3 Wednesday Zoom calls, 6:30-9:30pm ET, April 1, 8 & 15, 2026

  • 1 in-person day in Waterloo, ON, Saturday, April 25, 2026, 7:30am-9pm (including breaks for lunch and dinner). If Waterloo accommodation is needed, support will be provided in requesting MKP hosts. Carpools can also be supported as needed.

• Priority: Men from Ontario will get priority until January 30 (Early Bird deadline)

In this training you will:  

• Learn Key Facilitation Skills: Speak to be understood; Use silence to open blocked paths; Meet people where they are; Use mindful Interruption to stay on track; Verify & Clarify; Ask powerful questions.  

• Learn to Show Up: Authentic, Self-Aware, Outrageously Curious, Compassionate, Non-Judgmental, Intuitive, Confident and Open to Feedback.  

• Deliver & Experience Five Key Facilitation Processes: Inner Child (ongoing issues); Look Who’s Talking (decision conflicts & shadow voices); Person in the Mirror (clearings, projections & blaming others); Symbol Extraction (stuck energy); and Owning Your Gold (self-doubt.)     

• Experience deep work, greater connection with other participants and more confidence to contribute to your I-Group.  A truly awesome training!
