About the Event
The "FLOW" of Staff Training 1 (ST1)
Reviewing and teaching the flow, energy, and intent of the processes on the NWTA, with the context set by the Process question: “What’s so new about being a New Warrior?” Extra GOLD for ST1 -Explore “King, Warrior, Magician, Lover” - Robert Moore’s book which shares the underpinnings of our archetypal work.
-Review the four Archetypes (King, Warrior, Magician, Lover)
-What are their shadows? How do they show up on the NWTA and in our lives when out of balance?
-Shadow Watch - Better understand the Jungian concept of shadow (Dark AND Gold) and how to use shadow watching to dig deeper into our individual healing and awareness.
-Examine Inclusivity - A Multicultural module with an emphasis on racism.
STAFF TRAINING 1 (formerly BSDT)
The training is really to help men become better staffers by getting more context and understanding the “what, when & why” of the NWTA. Get an overview of the process, energy, structure and intention of the NWTA. Learn the basics of staffing the NWTA. Continue your path of making the world a better place one man at a time. ST-1 must be completed before your 5th staffing. Included in the weekend:
