Conflict Intelligence

Hello all, 

Due to such positive response to our conflict intelligence workshop at the January Community Weekend, I've been invited to offer the same content in a virtual session. 

Over the last several years, many of you have noticed, participated in, or been impacted by conflict within our community around various issues. I feel the weight and the pain of these impacts on our circles. Whether or not we're on "a side," whether these conflicts become destructive or generative forces depends largely on how we navigate them both individually and in relationship.

As a professional facilitator and coach with training in emotional intelligence, change management, leadership and inclusion, and conflict management, as well as an initiated warrior in Ontario, this topic is near and dear to me, so I hope you'll register for the weekend and participate in the sessions.

Participants can expect to: 

1. Explore conflict resolution models 

2. Apply these models to tensions in your personal life and community 

3. Be equipped to produce protocol suggestions for the MKP Canada curriculum committee.
