About the Event

Led by  LT2 Leader Trainer Mick Lea and Co-leaders Brian Forestell and Chris Framarin, this transformational weekend is all about holding and handling the true burden of leadership.

You’ll dive into multicultural training that tackles classism & elitism, while engaging with the powerful follow-up program: “Whatever It Takes.”

The heart of LT2 is Warrior Quadrant Training, framed by the powerful Process Question:

“What are your blessings and burdens of leadership?”

In this training, you’ll experience:

• The Burden Process (a cornerstone of LT2)

• Accountability practices that build trust and resilience

• Mission-driven leadership that sharpens your purpose

If you’re ready to step into deeper leadership, carry your blessings and burdens with strength, and push yourself to new levels… LT2 is waiting for you.
