This transformational weekend is all about holding and handling the true burden of leadership.
You’ll dive into multicultural training that tackles classism & elitism.
The heart of LT2 is Warrior Quadrant Training, framed by the powerful Process Question:
“What are your blessings and burdens of leadership?”
In this training, you’ll experience:
• The Burden Process (a cornerstone of LT2)
• Accountability practices that build trust and resilience
• Mission-driven leadership that sharpens your purpose
