Formation de facilitateur inclusif en matière de genre (GIFT) de MKP Canada

La formation Facilitation inclusive en matière de genre (GIFT) vise les personnes d'âge majeur qui tiennent ou visent à tenir des cercles d'empuissancement où ils pourront mettre à profits ces compétences. Tu y a apprendras des processus puissants pour favoriser le travail intérieur, pas seulement dans les Groupes d'Hommes MKP, mais dans tout types de cercles de partage.

Il s'agit d'un GIFT Canadien

• Note, that this is a Facilitation Training involving all Genders and not Gender Diversity training.

• Equivalent to an IGFT (MKP I-Group Facilitation Training) – you will learn the same skills and processes. 

• For men in MKP who take this training, it will qualify as an IGFT for the purposes of MKP next-level training. 

• IN PERSON, with several local instructional staff of various genders. 

• Open to all participants, with no prerequisite for participants to have done any previous related training through MKP

• The intent is to allow anyone who is regularly attending an I-group or a Woman Within group but has not yet completed the associated formal training (like the NWTA or WW)  to be allowed to attend. 

• If there are concerns about a candidate's readiness, a follow-up interview may be required.

• Deliver & Experience Five Facilitation Processes

  : Inner Child (ongoing issues); Look Who’s Talking (decision conflicts & shadow voices); Person in the Mirror (clearings, projections & blaming others); Symbol Extraction (stuck energy); and Owning Your Gold (self-doubt.) 

• Experience

  deep work, greater connection to other participants, and more confidence to contribute to your I-Group / empowerment circle. A truly awesome training!

Coût :

• The early bird price (if paid by Aug. 10) is $225; full price is $275

• If you have taken a GIFT or IGFT before, you qualify for a reduced rate of $175 if paid by Aug. 10 and $225 after that

• A limited number of subsidies are available
