Recently Bill Kauth, one of MKP's founders, made comments regarding cultural dynamics he sees being present in MKP. These comments have stimulated conversation within MKP. As I shared this spring: whether or not you consider yourself on "a side," these conflicts becoming either destructive or generative forces depends largely on how we navigate them both individually and in relationship.

Through this experience you'll be able to:

2. Leave with insights and/or actionable next steps to apply in your personal life and community.
